Alive and Well !

Hello!! Sorry I've been away so long, but I convinced my boyfriend to take me to the lovely USA for 2 days! We went over to Seattle and it was AMAZING! I love it there! I was able to bring home so many things from Whole Foods that we don't have in Canada. I'll list the goodies later.

I lost my camera there AND my new Ipod! Ugh. They were both fairly new, so now I have to save $$ to get new ones. For now I'll have to use my camera phone :( My cold is much better and I went for an early morning swim at the pool! It felt awesome! The weather here is depressing though..windy and wet :(

I downloaded some yoga last night from yoga download.com..and wow.I only did the beginners and it was brutal! Kudos to you ladies who can do the advanced in full! This is tough. I was sweating and shaking only 10 minutes in! But I'm going to continue to do this in the evening, I know I can make it through a whole session eventually! :)

Lately I have been on a major oatmeal kick, I've been eating it for breakfast and lunch! I'd eat it for dinner to if I could, but I need a little variation :) I've been eating a ton of roasted Butternut Squash for dinner, lots of kale chips and a ton of roasted brussel sprouts. Yum.

So here are some of the goods that I picked up in the US..none of which I can find here in Canada
*Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal
*Kashi Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon Oat cereal
*Tons of Fage
*Celestial Seasonings Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride Tea, Candy Cane Lane and Sugar Plum Spice..I can't wait to try these!
*PB&Co The Bees Knees and Mighty Maple Peanut Butters

I went to Starbucks this morning and The Holiday Cups are out!!

Hey, I'm new to your blog, and I noticed that your holiday mugs are different than the ones in CO. That's crazy! (it doesn't take much to amuse me I guess!)

Hey darlin :] I'm new on here but your blog looks fab! I'm sorry to hear about your camera&ipod. Mine was stolen at my 8th grade graduation so I can totally relate =/ You will get new and improved products though and if it makes you feel any better -- in today's market, all electronics are made pretty crappy anyways so they break sooner and you have to buy new ones. Hey look at that! you saved yourself some frustration by losing them :]
Keep up the good work! I look forward to reading more about your new healthy lifestyle and hopefully, I can learn a thing or two from you :] Have a lovely Monday!
