Hey! Sorry I haven't posted since Saturday, but the truth is, I have been having a lot of trouble with my eating habits. I fear I may be heading back to my old ways :( A lot of it has to do with the break up, starting a new job and so on. So today is a day off of work and I am going to see my therapist. I haven't had a "fear" of food for quite sometime now, but recently, everytime I go to eat something, my ED kicks in and tells me that it's too fattening, too many carbs, too much sugar..then I honestly get scared off of the food and walk away. I'm only getting around 500 calories a day right now, which is soooo bad.
I'm off to my therapist now, I will update when I get home :) xoxoxox
